10 Ways to Drive Traffic with Video Marketing

Video is outperforming all marketing right now. It can drive traffic, drive sales, and create authentic connection between your brand and your audience.

If you’re serious about building or growing your business with video, here’s a few video marketing tools, apps, and approaches I recommend to get you started…

Learn how to use the video camera on your phone, on your PC or on your tablet.

Test it out with family and friends. It gets easier and less stressful the more you use it.

Once you’re comfy, post video stories to IG and FB. Weekly, if possible.

Now, boost those stories for for small amounts of $5 or $10.

Give a walk-through of your online course, coaching program, or services with a Loom video (great for recording your screen while showing your face in a bubble or square at bottom). Any Loom services you need likely falls into either the free package or the $8/month (US) package.

Do boomerang videos. These are just quick few-second-long video clips that are great for things like flipping through your new book, or giving your audience a quick wink. Boomerang is an Instagram App.

Try creating a REEL (I have yet to do this) or a clip for Tik Tok (I have done this, but my cats were the stars of the video).

Shoot and run an webinar using WebinarJam. Webinars are still one of the leading ways to sell an online course or coaching program. AND this software is a.ma.zing. I’ve tested it on a few occasions and it’s got everything you need to host a webinar high converting webinar. Then, for fun, you can throw it onto EverWebinar (same company) and have it run on it’s own forever, generating leads or sales in the background as you sip coffee and brainstorm your next project.

Get your clients to do the selling for you with the most powerful tool ever – a really good, non-awkward testimonial video that converts. Or better yet, 6 of them. Or even better still, have Entourage shoot and edit these for you.*

Go live on social media. Some people love doing this. Others (like me) once considered this their worst nightmare!! Best place to start is where you are. And the best time is now. It’ll get easier. Start with one a month. Them move it up to once a week. Or, if that’s too scary, choose someone you respect and set up a live interview with them. Consistently is rewarded.

*Included at no extra cost for clients in the VIP 1-to-1 Shape Shifting Program

*For non-Shape-Shifters: up to 6 testimonial videos with clients who love you, including set-up, interview, recording, editing, exporting in various clips for use on websites and social media – $597
